These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of moorsunited.com, options.moorsunited.com, and the related pages and services operated by Moors United Realty Group LLC ("Moors United," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or submitting your information, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are and what we do
Moors United provides information and assistance to homeowners exploring options for their property, including loss-mitigation strategies and organizing or facilitating the sale or transfer of a home. Moors United does not purchase your property itself.
Pathway Home Solutions operates a separate lease-to-own / bridge-to-homeownership program for aspiring buyers; it is a separate business, and one or more individuals may be affiliated with both. See our How We Work / Disclosures page for more.
2. Not professional advice; no guarantees
We are not attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, or a government agency, and we do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Information on this site is general and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. We cannot and do not guarantee any particular result with any lender, servicer, or transaction; outcomes depend on your circumstances and on third parties outside our control.
