Moors United Realty Group LLC helps homeowners explore options for their property, including loss-mitigation strategies and, where it fits, organizing the sale or transfer of a home. We want you to understand how we operate before you work with us.

We help you understand your options

We're here to help you see what's possible, not to push one outcome. Our goal is for you to make an informed decision that's right for you.

Moors United does not buy your property

If you decide to sell or transfer your home, the buyer is a separate party. Title may be held in a trust for privacy and asset-protection reasons.

There may be an affiliation on the buyer's side

One or more people affiliated with Moors United may also work with, or have an interest in, the party that buys a home or a program (such as Pathway Home Solutions) that later leases or finances it. If that applies to your situation, we'll disclose it to you in writing before you sign anything.
